Receive notifications when new files are uploaded and changed in your Kontainer; and when new comments are made on a file as part of your approval workflow. Read more on commenting and approving here.

Enable notifications

Notifications are available for the two user types that are linked to unique e-mail addresses:

• Admin users
• Normal users

Logged in as an admin or normal user, click the profile icon in the bottom left corner and select edit profile.

In the profile settings, enable notify on new files and comments.

Select if you want to be updated:

• Immediately
• Daily
• Weekly

You will then receive an e-mail report with all changes and comment interactions that have been made – either right away or within the past 24h or the past week.

Notify others

As an admin user, you can also enable notifications for other normal users.

Go to Access and choose a normal user by clicking on her name.

As described above, you can enable notifications for the normal user and select a frequency for receiving notifications.

E-mail notification

You will then receive an e-mail containing a summary of the updates made to your Kontainer.

Recipients will also be able to disable or change the notification frequency directly via the e-mail they receive.
