Intro

Basic Tags All users of your Kontainer have access to search and very basic filter functions. These are simply keywords that you can tag your files with.
Custom Fields Custom Fields are categories of attributes or data that you add to your assets. Within the fields, you add specific values or tags. The types of fields you need depend on your organization or business. They enable detailed filtering and structuring and grouping of your assets.

Basic Tags All users can use basic tags for finding assets based on these simple, one-dimensional keywords.
Custom Fields Custom Fields can be used as advanced search filters. As an admin, you can control, which users may have access to which of the custom field categories.
