There are five permission levels:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>None<\/li>\n<li>View<\/li>\n<li>Download<\/li>\n<li>Upload<\/li>\n<li>Delete<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>With\u00a0<strong>Delete rights<\/strong>, a user can also create new folders. They can create subfolders in the specific folders they have Delete rights to.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/helpdesk.kontainer.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/02\/Image-12.png\" alt=\"Kontainer Permissions 12\" width=\"800\" height=\"389\" \/><\/p>\n<h2>Via access settings<\/h2>\n<p>Go to<strong> Access &gt; Groups<\/strong> or <strong>Users<\/strong>. Select a group or user and go to <strong>Folder Access<\/strong>. Then, set the folder access rights for this group or individual user at hand.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Please note that\u00a0<strong>subfolders automatically inherit<\/strong>\u00a0access unless manually overwritten.
