If something changes, they are easy to reconfigure.<\/p>\n<h2>Set-up<\/h2>\n<p>Click on<strong> New<\/strong> (folder) in the top-right menu bar and select the Smart Folder option.<\/p>\n<p>To configure the folder you:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Give it a <strong>Name<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Select <strong>Source folder<\/strong>\n<ul>\n<li>Option to include subfolders<\/li>\n<li>Leave blank to draw from your entire Kontainer<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>Setup <strong>Filter rows<\/strong>\n<ul>\n<li>Select Filter but leave Values empty to find assets where the relevant field has been left empty<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/helpdesk.kontainer.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/11\/Smart-folders-1.png\" alt=\"Smart folders guide image 1\" width=\"800\" height=\"389\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Depending on what type of data field the filter is pulling from, there are different options for filtering.<\/p>\n<p>Then, click <strong>Create<\/strong>, and the folder will configure.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/helpdesk.kontainer.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/11\/Smart-folders-3.png\" alt=\"Smart folders guide image 2\" width=\"800\" height=\"389\" \/><\/p>\n<p><strong>Note:<\/strong> As an admin user, you will see a small cog icon next to the folder.
