The Premium and Enterprise plans include this feature. To activate get in touch with <a href=\"mailto:support@kontainer.com\">Customer Success<\/a>.<\/p>\n<h2>Uploading duplicates<\/h2>\n<p>If the system detects duplicate files (with the same file name) being uploaded to the folder of the original, a warning box appears with options to:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Overwrite<\/li>\n<li>Keep both<\/li>\n<li>Skip<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>NOTE: if the files are uploaded to a different folder, this detection will not take place, but with the duplicate detector tool active, these files will be marked with the <a href=\"#1\">duplicate icon<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/helpdesk.kontainer.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/06\/Kontainer-Duplicate-Management_Upload-Warning.png\" alt=\"Kontainer duplicate upload warning\" width=\"800\" height=\"389\" \/><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h1 id=\"o\">Duplicate Manager and Detector<\/h1>\n<p><span style=\"color: #bfa27b;\"><strong>Premium+ Feature<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>There are four key ways to use the duplicate detection tool:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><a href=\"#1\">Duplicate indicator<\/a><\/li>\n<li><a href=\"#2\">Global scan for duplicates<\/a><\/li>\n<li><a href=\"#3\">Track the location of duplicates<\/a><\/li>\n<li><a href=\"#4\">Scan specific image duplicates<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Here is a very quick and straightforward guide.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2 id=\"1\">Duplicate indicator<\/h2>\n<p>When the tool is active in your Kontainer, any image with a duplicate will be marked with the duplicate icon at the bottom left of the picture.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/helpdesk.kontainer.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/06\/Kontainer-Duplicate-Manager_Duplicate-Icon.png\" alt=\"Duplicate icon highlighted on an image in Kontainer\" width=\"800\" height=\"389\" \/><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2 id=\"2\">Global scan for duplicates<\/h2>\n<p>To scan your entire Kontainer for all duplicates, click the button at the top of your window next to the search bar.
