Customizing System E-mails in Kontainer<\/h1>\n

In Kontainer, you can customize the default e-mails sent for various activities. This includes adjusting subject lines, body text, and sender information to align with your organization\u2019s branding.<\/p>\n

Accessing E-mail Settings<\/h2>\n

    Navigate to Settings > Configuration > E-mail<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    At the top of the page, you will see options to set:<\/p>\n

        Using Your Own Domain as Sender<\/h2>\n

        If you specify an e-mail address from your own domain as the sender, Kontainer will send system e-mails on behalf of your domain.<\/p>\n

        Important:<\/strong> To ensure successful delivery, Kontainer must be whitelisted in your domain settings. Otherwise, e-mails may fail to send.<\/p>\n

        Required DNS Settings<\/h3>\n

        Provide the following information to your IT team:<\/p>\n

          SPF Record<\/strong> (add to existing):<\/strong> include:spf.kontainer.com<\/span><\/code><\/p>\n<\/li>\n

          DKIM: <\/strong>kont._domainkey.yourdomain.com CNAME<\/span> dkim.app.kontainer.com.<\/code><\/p>\n
